Amber Valley, the Heart of Derbyshire, has beautiful scenery forming the setting for a superb range of attractions which reflect the history and heritage of the area, including the National Trust's Kedleston Hall. Visitors may enjoy the relaxing gardens at Lea and Belper.

Many attractions give a nostalgic glimpse of an earlier time including Crich Tramway Village, the Midland Railway - Butterley and Heage Windmill. The venues along the National Heritage Corridor are highlighted at Strutts North Mill which is home to the Derwent Valley Visitor Centre, now part of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. For those who enjoy shopping there are numerous factory outlets including the superb Visitor Centre at Denby Pottery.

With it's excellent transport links, the Amber Valley offers the ideal base to stay whilst exploring the local area, Derbyshire and beyond. We look forward to seeing you soon.
